This is my now page. Inspired by my colleagues Robb and Zoe. The purpose of this page is to share what I'm currently doing in my life.

What am I up to currently?

How is my weight loss going?

Since January 2023 I've lost 27.70kg through diet and exercise. Parkrun and Run Walk Local have been a huge help for my weight loss success, that, and wanting to provide the best life for my family.

My current training routine is commuting twice a week, 30km in total, and running up to 40km a week. I need to put more structure into my running training, which currently consists of me doing whatever feels about right at the time.
